Art and history – March to May and September to November

Experience the art and history

It is almost impossible to say Skagen without thinking of the historical painters and their contribution to the culture of Denmark.

In areas just outside the hotel they have sought their inspiration and several of them have visited Hjorths in a bygone era.

This stay is combined with a trip to the Skagen Museum, where you will see some of the fantastic works and perhaps get to know the nature, the area… Skagen.

There awaits you…

Arrival day (Thursday or Friday)

After check-in from 3:00 p.m., coffee/tea and cake are served in our lounge

At 5:30 p.m., the lounge again sets the scene for a cozy cocktail before dinner.

At 6:00 p.m., you are called to your table in the authentic way.
Here, 4 snacks are served in two servings followed by a 3-course menu.

The day ends again in the lounge for some coffee and sweets.
Perhaps accompanied by a good book and a little avec.

The day of your stay

You wake up to the peace of Hjorths – perhaps with the lark as the second voice.

From 8:00 to 10:00 we serve Hjorths breakfast in the restaurant.

We have arranged for a ticket to Skagens Museum, where you can be impressed by all parts of the museum.

Back at the hotel, dinner is called in again at 6:00 p.m.

Again, 4 snacks are served and this time a 4-course menu.

The lounge then calls again with coffee and sweets.

The stay can be booked in March, April and May as well as September and October.
3195,- per person in a shared double room.
