Good morning stretch
Give your body and mind a lovely, peaceful start to the day through deep, calm breathing and gentle stretches.
Yoga Nidra
Let your body and mind completely unwind as twilight descends over Skagen Odde.
Yoga Nidra means ‘yoga sleep’ and is an ancient meditation technique dating back thousands of years, where you lie on a yoga mat on the floor and are guided to let your body and mind relax completely. The hardest part of practicing Yoga Nidra is avoiding falling asleep – but even if you do fall asleep, your body and mind will absorb and benefit from the guided meditation.
