Autumn feast at Hjorths Badehotel

Our new head chef Peter Frydkjær loves to be inspired by all the fresh, local commodities such as free range organic forest-chicken from Ajstrup, organic vegetables, flowers, herbs and berries from Knivholt and of course all the wonderful fish caught on daily basis from the surrounding seas.

Due to this we now launch the “autumn feast” every Friday and Saturday in September, where the weekly harvest will be transformed into a 5 course dinner at 495,-.

If you want to go “all-in” we also offer the dinner together with a wine menu, snacks and Prosecco, coffee and home made sweets along with an avec at 1.195,-
